Stephanie Hunt Joins Atlanta Retirement Partners

Atlanta, GA - July 7, 2016 – Atlanta Retirement Partners is being joined by Stephanie Hunt, who has more than 15 years of experience in the investment and retirement plan industries. She most recently worked as a Vice President with Stadion Money Management in Athens, Ga., and will serve in the role of Retirement Plan Relationship Manager with ARP.

"I am delighted to be joining Atlanta Retirement Partners," Hunt said. "This is truly an exciting opportunity for me to work with an accomplished team to help companies and their employees pursue retirement success."

The talented professional brings with her an extensive background in investment analysis, plan design, marketing, operations, compliance and participant education. She has previously worked in sales and marketing with Nations Funds, the proprietary mutual fund company of Bank of America, Broad Street Capital Advisors, and served as account director with The (k)larity Group and Greenspring Wealth Management.

"We are delighted to have Stephanie Hunt join us," David T. Griffin, Managing Director of Atlanta Retirement Partners, said. "Stephanie's role will be multi-faceted with responsibilities in key account management, operations, technology, and business development. Her varied background in financial services gives Stephanie an excellent perspective and knowledge base.  We very much look forward to utilizing her expertise to further enhance the service model at ARP and to reinforce the firm’s reputation as a leading retirement plan advisory firm in the South."

ARP's newest team member received her bachelor of business administration from Georgia Southern University, and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designee.

Hunt and her family currently reside in Athens, and she enjoys giving her time to organizations such as the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia and the American Red Cross of Northeast Georgia.

Atlanta Retirement Partners (ARP) serves more than fifty institutional retirement plans for various governmental, private and tax-exempt organizations.  The firm’s service philosophy is that “people come first.” The success of an employee retirement program is measured by individual employee retirement outcomes. This focus, which permeates ARP’s approach, makes Stephanie an excellent addition to the team.

In recent years, qualified plan administration has grown increasing complex, both for the plan sponsor and the participant.  Atlanta Retirement Partners works with retirement plan sponsors to create and follow a process that seeks to both fulfill fiduciary responsibility and drive positive retirement outcomes.  ARP and founder, David Griffin, have been recognized for working directly with plan participants as well as plan sponsors, seeking input from both to develop retirement programs that address the needs of both.  These efforts have helped promote more successful retirement programs, where employees better understand their retirement plan, their personal goals, and how today’s decisions will impact their retirement. “That’s why we take a very hands-on approach to employee education”, Griffin notes, and it is one reason why David Griffin has been recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors as one of 2016’s “Top 50 under 40”[1] and has been named to the 2015 Financial Times “Top 401 Retirement Plan Advisors”[2] list.
